The best way to get to where you're going is by understanding where you are right now.
Your Fitness Health Check starts with a series of readings, this includes;
Blood pressure, resting heart rate, body composition and lung function
After that we proceed onto the physical assessments, this includes a range of exercises which are chosen to reflect your overall goals.
Readings for lung function based on capacity
Readings for blood pressure and resting heart rate
Readings for body composition (measured and bmi)
Discovery chat about diet and goals etc
Set of 10 x 2 minute exercises
The whole experience lasts 60 minutes
Afterwards, you receive a full fitness report.
WHAT YOU GAIN FROM IT
A far greater insight into your current strengths and those areas which require additional focus. It serves as a tuning service to refine your workout approach for the targets which are most important to you.
