Your Fitness Health Check tart with a series of readings, this includes;
Blood pressure, resting heart rate, body composition and lung function
After that we proceed onto the physical assessments, this includes a range of exercises which are chosen to reflect your overall goals.

It's a great workout in its own right, but there's much more
You also get a new-found appreciation of your current standing, a bunch of personal targets and dietary information which is specific to you, your activity levels and the reading as provided above.
You will receive a fitness report something akin to that seen below.
The session takes about 60 minutes and afterwards, you're sent your report, this includes;
