Whenever you hire a thing, whether that thing is a car, power tool or a bit of exercise kit at home, there is usually a common feature of that hire; A deposit, as such, when you hire Air Fitness which comes with thousands of pounds of equipment over 2 gym spaces, you also pay a deposit.

 How much is the deposit? 
PAYG: £20 for each booking Voucher: £20 built into the cost of the voucher Membership: No deposits required 

 We don't want to retain your deposit and we've made it very easy for you to retain it.
That said, we (Air Fitness) operate a zero-tolerance policy. Tidy kit back to where you found it Clean all kit you used or touched (and dry them) Leave on time (ensuring an air gap between you and the next person) Lock the door with the key Put the key back in the key safe Close the gate (and shut slider) if it was closed upon arrival Do not damage kit, facilities or property 
If in the entirely avoidable event your deposit is retained either partial or in whole, you will be provided via email with clear reasons why. We will highlight to you which gym rules were broken, plus video footage containing date-time meta information and/or photographic evidence, again with meta information. Deposit process on the Air Fitness PAYG You pay the deposit for each booking If you fail to follow the gym rules, your deposit is retained. If you overstay, fail to clean, fail to tidy kit, fail to mop up your spills or fail to lock the gym upon vacating then your deposit will be retained If you cause any damage, you will be offered an opportunity to resolve it amicably. Deposit process on the Air Fitness Voucher If you breach the terms of the deposit then 1 x session is deducted from the voucher If you breach deposit terms on your last session then you lose the deposit in full If your breach of terms involves damage or theft then your voucher will be cancelled without a refund, in addition, the deposit will be retained and you'll be offered the option of voluntarily rectifying your indiscretion within 24 hours or face legal action to recover all costs involved. Membership plans No deposit required for people on a membership plan. If you breach gym rules, one of your 12 monthly gym hires will be deducted If your breach of rules has resulted in material damage to the gym building, structure or kit or involves the theft and other antisocial outcomes then you'll be offered the option of voluntarily rectifying your indiscretion within 24 hours or face legal action to recover all costs involved. Refunds not provided where you breach gym rules Refunds not provided for partial use of your membership Gym hire sessions do not roll over if not used How do I become aware of the gym rules or T&C's During your entire booking process, you're asked to read the T&C's (this page) and the Gym Rules. How much is the deposit? PAYG - The deposit is £20 (twenty pounds) each time you hire the gym VOUCHER - The Deposit is £20 added to the voucher cost MEMBERSHIP - No separate deposits required Refunding your deposit. PAYG - Your deposit refund is processed the same day as your workout. PAYG - If you paid through Paypal, then funds will be available on the same day. PAYG - If you paid by card then your deposit will be processed the same day, however, the time taken for you to receive your refunded deposit is in accordance with your card issuers T&C's. VOUCHER - Your deposit is returned once your card expires (6 months or all sessions used). Extreme Limits of liability Dependant on any adverse outcome of your Air Fitness gym hire the deposit is not the limit of your financial liability, merely the starting point. By making use of the facilities you are accepting full financial liability for the gym, contents, buildings and security. Any negative outcome as a consequence of not abiding by the gym rules or via destructive actions, plus actions not explicitly covered by the gym rules but broadly accepted as being contrary to acceptable and/or fair use will result in loss of deposit as a minimum. Your liability ends with you putting right any 'damage' caused in addition to paying compensation for loss of income, plus all other costs incurred as a consequence of your negligence. You will be offered one opportunity to compensate voluntarily before any legal action.
