The workout bit
The workout theme is 'A short stroll', however, this is 1.16km and primarily designed to test mental resolve, the sense of self-determination, plus it's a brutal workout... The workout is dragging a tyre and 16kg kettle bell over undulating grassy, muddy ground over 1.16km with special rewards of pressups, tuck jumps, burpees, sit ups and squats for pausing...

The Nutrition bit
Analysis is ongoing at this stage (See the previous posts for insight). During this stage, mood and food entries are being made and Gillian is self identifying nutrition needs, ie, does she require more energy, faster metabolism, shinier hair and so on... from self identification of needs, current dietary habits, likes, dislikes and overall goals which go far beyond this 12 week plan (for life).
We form, not a diet, but a whole new way of viewing food and looking at it for both enjoyment and strategic advantage.
