Cabin Fever Fitness - core workout. no fitness kit needed

This video workout provides you with alternatives to situps in order to achieve a terrific core workout without having to purchase any kit, well you do need a couple of chairs, which i'm assuming you have. Workout by Mark McIntyre of The Raw Gym in Ballymena. Exercises include

  • That Yoga Move type thing More here

  • Incline press-ups

  • Dip hold and alternate leg raise Plank (standard / warmer)

  • Hand Plank

  • Pank to press


Each of the exercises lasts for 30 seconds

Each cycle is 2 and a half minutes Go through the routine as many times as you can.
