Here's an exercise that creates an enjoyable shock to the system.. The Plymotric pressup transforms an already pleasant exercise into something really quite special. There are 4 variations of the plyometric pressure, each of which will be covered in the video below. 1. Prone
2. Kneeling position
3. Standing 4. Freefall (this can be dangerous - only do it if you're competent at the other 3)
