  • Alternate squat thrusts

  • Dynamic lunges

  • Bicep curls (kneeling)

  • Shoulder press

  • Overhead parallel arms

  • Lateral arm raise

  • Press to head over

  • Alternate head overs

  • Single-arm press and fly

  • Suspended inverted pullups
