Exercise Tube Workout

Cabin Fever Fitness is a free Home Workout service for everyone to enjoy, whatever the reason. More than that, the workout videos are designed on what you want, so if you want a routine then tell me what you want and if you've any kit, I'll do my best to incorporate that for you too :) by PT Mark McIntyre, The Raw Gym, Ballymena So, this is an Exercise Tube Workout with 10 exercises, each lasting for 1 minute Total workout length is 10 minutes Repeat it as you choose

Exercises (in order)

  • Wrist flexion

  • Reverse Fly

  • Bicep Curls

  • Squat and Shoulder press

  • Seated Row

  • Leg Abduction

  • Leg Adduction

  • Leg Bicep [curls]

  • Lateral Arm Raises

  • Front Arm Raises
