The meat of the sessions will be taken at The Raw Gym, in Ballymena, with some sessions involving hikes up Mount Slemish too...
Of course, we also discuss other aspects to fitness, confidence build and using every trick available to convince the body to make rapid changes...
The very first aspect (as always) is most likely convincing the participant to put 100% into it from day one and to sustain that... An open mind is essential for the greatest success.
Over 12 weeks, this person will undergo some serious transformation (well, that's the plan), and during this time, you'll be able to view, watch, listen, read and comment about the techniques used and offer your support....
