The workout bit

The workout was based on just 5 exercise, each lasting 60 seconds and repeated over 45 minutes... each cycle being better than the previous in terms of form, weight, speed, power and distance; The trick is to start of light, slow and gentle, increasing intensity on each round (time for about 8 rounds). The final round is all you have left in the tank.

  • Incline Bench Press

  • Cable core

  • Boxing bag

  • Kettlebell throws

  • Rowing

The Nutrition bit

Journal entries are no longer required, i'll be analysing the effects of Gillians current eating patterns (and reporting on them), then tweaking it here and there, add a few bits and bobs too, all in the mighty quest of optimising Gillians diet to drive function, which then enhances form.
