The workout bitThis is the weekend training session, which means a bit of a day trip, so today, we're off to Mount Slemish, claimed to be the highest mountain in all of the world, according to the tourist information place in Ballymena ;-) Where other intrepid explorers dare to tread, Gillian will bravely go.. This is a hike with a bit of a difference... Gillian is attempting to get a dead weight to the top of the mountain, making this a much more fun experience..
