The best way to determine whether your fitness is improving is by putting it to the test!
The TRG fitness test uses kit found in pretty much any gym, so follow it there, or book a 1:1 PT taster session, during this we'll do the Fitness test, you also get a protein shake and a fitness report sent to you afterwards :)
How to do the test.
Set up the kit before you start - refer to the workout card
Each exercise is exactly 2 minutes
Rest for exactly 2 minutes between each exercise
Write down your results
Fill out the results form once you're done (below)
