Week one, day one of Gillian Loughlin's fitness journey:
This dry triathlon covers a total distance of 15 km and it's more gruelling than it sounds.
Each discipline is made up of ;
5000 meter Row - in place of swim - thus dry = 25 mins 14 secs
5 km Exercise Bike - In place of cycle = 18 mins 53 secs
5km Run - actual running = 43 mins 24 seconds
1 hour 27 mins and 41 seconds
