An ongoing week long challenge
This is the week where the work really gets started.. The first 3 weeks were merely laying the ground work for the second phase. Right now, Gillian is eating much more optimially in order to drive performance and from that, to enhance fitness, shape, tone, body weight and so on. So.. the plan is simple, today (Tuesday) we made a good dent in the exercises, that being ;
2,500 meters (of 10,000m) row
4 k (of 20k) bike
200 (of 1000) Bosu squats
100 (of 800) Situps
50 (of 200) Bench press
SO, over the next few days, Gillian will be attending The Raw Gym that little bit more frequently to make additional dents, until the challenge is done...
